On Episode 17 of Roll The Receipts, Sherwin welcomes Andrika back and catches up on her trip before diving into another week of Bravo and pop culture headlines. From James Kennedy’s baby news to the aftermath of the SoHo and Summer House reunions, there is plenty to unpack.

The conversation also touches on Tyra Banks joining Project Runway, the legacy of legendary producer Tay Keith, and what they’re looking forward to at this year’s BET Awards.

Then it’s time for Housewives. Sherwin and Andrika break down their predictions for RHOC Season 20, react to the RHORI finale ahead of the reunion, and discuss the ever-changing dynamics on RHOA as the season continues to unfold.

It’s Pride Month, the shade is flowing, and the receipts are still being rolled.

SPEAKER_02

She said what? Wait what now? He went where? Uh-uh no. Hold on, rewind that. She did what now? I want all the tea. Piping hot. Oh now that's shady. Clock it. Roll the receipts. Roll the receipts with Andrica. And Sherwin. Pull it up. Drop the proof. Run it back. Roll it.

SPEAKER_04

Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Roll the Receipts. I'm your girl and I am back, Andrica.

SPEAKER_00

Woo! What up, Andrica? You already know it's your host, Sherwin. Okay, we gotta start all our intros off this way, okay, Andrica. I'm getting hyped for this episode because it is episode 17 and we're calling it Pride, Shade, and you already know, receipts. So I can't wait to get into it all. But before we do, you already know your girl is back. Andrica, how are you?

SPEAKER_04

I'm great. I'm back in civilization, honey. Okay. Um, and I am Philly, I'm back in the city. I'm in a country city still, though. So I'm still on my family tour visiting. I, for those of you guys that don't, I love my family, most of them. Um, and I'm your girl that protects her peace. And I'm the girl that understands that blood doesn't make us related. So I like to I visit folks who have poured into me. I visit my village and the ones that, you know, we have mutual respect. Because even though you're my elder, you I'm also now an you know, I'm an adult and you need to respect me. So I visit those that, you know, we have mutual respect, and I can learn and and and and and be with and love upon. So I'm still on my Southern tour visiting my family. And uh yes, I am in Houston, Texas, honey. Okay, H Town. And I'm in the third ward, y'all. Y'all know the third ward. That's where my girl Beyonce is from, honey. Y'all already know. I don't know. I listen, I done went to the Parkwood house and took some photos. I then ran through the Parkwood Park. You know, I got my Beyonce on, okay? I'm not going to Frenchie. Sorry, B. Frenchie's is nasty. It's too salty. I don't like it. I don't like that.

SPEAKER_00

Is that Megan the stallion? Her restaurant?

SPEAKER_04

No, Frenchie's an old time, French is a staple in in Houston. Like, that's what they know for their chicken. Kind of like, like, you know, kind of like how we got nations out there. Like, everybody gotta go to nations for a burger, right? Everybody go to Frenchies for chicken, but French's is nasty to me. It's just too salty. And I don't be needing all that salt, you know, as a black woman, you know, and us being at the high risk for you know, you know, for heart disease and any type of heart effect. I don't have time for that. So I don't do Frenchies, but I am going to go see this new Beyonce mural that they just put up for around the Renaissance era. So I'm gonna go do that. But yes, honey, I'm back.

SPEAKER_00

Um, did you listen, by the way? I was just gonna ask you because first of all, I can't my bitch is back, y'all. Okay, and I'm so excited. But we definitely had a great guest co-host last week as well, Julianne. Did you catch up on that episode though? I'm curious to know what your thoughts are.

SPEAKER_04

I did, I did, and thank you, Julianne, for stepping in. She did step in last minute, and so I appreciate her because I was in the deep south, y'all, and I didn't have no Wi-Fi where I was at, okay? It was given back in the day where we had listened to our walk-em in the CD players. Like, luckily, I know what life is like before Wi-Fi. My son was having a moment. Um, but I want to thank you, Julianne, for stepping in. You I love the game, okay? She has some good points. You know, I was on here talking about clocking. Yes, Julianne, yes. So I do appreciate you stepping in for your girl at the last minute and looking forward to talking to you once I'm back in California to see how you actually felt doing it. But thank you, thank you, thank you. She did good, she did good, she did good.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, I mean, it was a very fun week. We had a great conversation. I love the game too. That was a lot of fun. But one thing that I really appreciate about bringing in other people is we get a totally different perspective, you know, because Andrica and I, we're both Virgos. You'll get the Virgo point of view sometimes from us, and so it's nice to get a Taurus, or it's nice to get an Aquarius, or it's nice to get a Scorpios point of view, because you know, everybody's different too. And so I always appreciate when people come in with their point of view. So I thought it was a great week, but I'm so happy you're back, Andrica, because listen, there's a lot going on that we need to talk about in the Bravo verse and beyond. So you ready to get into it?

SPEAKER_04

I am ready to get into it. Okay, but before we get into it, can I just talk about a little bit about my trip if you don't mind?

SPEAKER_00

I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_04

I just got I I'm not supposed to tell you the full deal about my experience.

SPEAKER_00

You know, because I've already, I will say, like, I feel like me and you have talked so much about it outside of it. So I was like, I didn't know what how much we're gonna talk about on the pod. But yes, I want to hear about your trip. Yes, okay.

SPEAKER_04

So let me tell y'all that this the deep south, the south is not for me. I'm a city girl, y'all. Not like the city girls of the the the duo. Wait, they're not even a group anymore, right? They did this mansoo.

SPEAKER_00

There it's JT and Young Miami doing their own thing, which is not working out, girls. Go ahead and put it to rest. But yeah, go ahead. Sorry.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, well, I'm a city girl, y'all, because I saw a water bug and literally lost my mind. Y'all, you remember when uh you okay, remember, okay, remember in Atlanta when Kim they was in Barcelona. Were they in Barcelona? And Kim like sent the text message to the group chat going off on Nene, talking about Nini got what roaches, and she was like, it was not a roaches, a water bug. Because Ariana was taking pictures. Remember that on the all-white part, the gays, the gays and the girls' party.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I remember.

SPEAKER_04

Y'all, I saw that water bug. I don't know how they do it down there. I lost my shit. I went and grabbed the Zevo, the little bug spray that they had at the house, and I was spraying that bitch. Like you thought I was throwing gunshots. I was screaming and shit. So boom, is not for me. Okay. Y'all can have all the water bugs out in the south. I I rather have ants. We have lots of ants in California, and I will stick to my ants, okay?

SPEAKER_00

I'm not doing any I by the way, just so you know, I'm not doing any water bugs, I'm not doing any spiders, tarantulas, snakes. I don't do that. I don't do reptiles and I don't do bugs. But continue.

SPEAKER_04

Yes. And then I found it interesting that so I was in a little town in Louisiana at the top of the boot. You guys know that Louisiana Shape is a boot. So I was the top of the boot, where it's literally like a 10-mile town, and it's where my father's side is from. Like we have deep roots there. And they looked, they thought I was from California. Mind y'all, black girl, blonde hair, bald head, you know, baddie, you know, blonde bombshell, honey. And they were looking at me like I'm a fucking celebrity. Of course, they immediately I said I was in California. And so when I originally said I was from California, it was like, oh, you're from LA? No, I'm from the Bay. Okay.

SPEAKER_03

Don't get it, don't get it.

SPEAKER_04

I'm from the Bay Area. And all they knew about the Bay Area was, you know, E40, you know, the Niners, you know, this this stuff, right? But then this one person I was talking to, it actually was kind of we had like a pretty cool conversation. He's never been out of their town. And he asked me, he was like, he's like, I hope I don't sound stupid. I was like, no, it's not a stupid question. Like, let's have a conversation, you know, like let's let's educate. But he asked me, How do we celebrate holidays out here? And I was like, I was hanging back, like, what do you mean? How do we celebrate holidays out here? He was like, I mean, do you guys do anything different than like, you know, what we would do? And I was like, Well, what do you do? He was like, We all go to Big Mama House and we have, you know, we eat and you know, we have the family. And I was like, we do that too, you know? And he was like, Oh, for real. Like, he looked like mesmerized that like y'all do that too. I just let him know, I was like, California is nothing but Texas and Louisiana's. The black folks migrated to the West, California for better jobs and beveries, but those same roots and those same traditions came with them. So we still go to grandma house and hang at grandma house or who uh auntie and them, well, whatever auntie house, and we still eat turkey and and dressing and sweet potato pies, and we still do all of that in California. So those folks that are out there, you know, we do it, we still do it. Again, California is nothing but Texas and Louisiana and Alabama and whatever other South that everybody's family migrated from over for a better life. So I found that to be a very interesting conversation. We talked a lot more, but I just wanted to highlight that that that was one thing that I did think about, like, hmm, they really look at us different, you know.

SPEAKER_00

And you know what I told you too when you told me about this? I was like, this sounds like an episode of the simple life. Like you remember parents and the code going out in the middle of nowhere. And it's like that's what it's given because I think when people think of California, they immediately think Hollywood, LA, right? And it's like there's definitely more to California than just Hollywood, right? We got the whole Bay Area, you know, and when people think of the Bay, I think you're right. It's like E40 or the Warriors or like, you know, the Golden Gate Bridge. But they there's so many people that live in the Bay Area, it's huge. Like there are it's like millions and millions of people. Like, we're the size of like a state, you know. I mean, like, why I think we got a bigger population than Wyoming, like at this point. Yeah, so I mean, people don't realize that. So when you were telling me about this, I'm like, oh my god, it's like you're educating them, like it's amazing because people don't realize, like, they don't get it, you know.

SPEAKER_04

They don't get it, they don't get it. But for those of you that want to know about my full experience, I have a substack, so Andrew Guncork is my substack, and I'm going into detail about my full experience of what it was like in Louisiana, and I think you guys will find it very interesting of what I have wrote. So it's free. Subscribe and be a part of my substack because the purpose of my visit, I am going to spill it out in that sub stack. So join me over there. But enough about that. You what's talk about Bravo? Because I had a lot to catch up on since I had I got Wi-Fi back, and I, you know, the iPad was open, the peacock was going, the YouTube was going because I had to watch Carlos King interview with Shamina, Shemesi.

SPEAKER_00

Let me say my dream.

SPEAKER_04

The Shamia. Okay. You know, I do my research because I'm a journalist. Hey, Carlos.

SPEAKER_00

Um, so you sound like Portia when Portia, I don't remember if you remember that scene when she was going back and forth with whoever. I don't remember who it was. But she said, I'm a journalist. And they're like, You work for Dish Nation, boo. Like, you're not a journalist. You are yes, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Because, and I'm doing it now because that's what's up. Let me just let y'all know. I'm gonna start doing this now because Carlos King, he does all the time. He's like, 'cause you know, you know, I'm a journalist. Hey, Portia, he does that.

SPEAKER_01

Right.

SPEAKER_04

So now I'm gonna do it too, because I'm a journalist. Hey, Carlos. Um, and so I was I'm still not done. I I have no plans today because I need to catch up. I caught up on the on the major points from the Instagram of what I need to catch up on, but I still have other work to do. So it's a full day of sitting in the house. I have wine, right? Yeah, um, because I have to have wine. Black own wine, by the way, because let me tell you something about also being where I'm at in Houston. The H E B out here safely needs to get it together. Okay, because H E B is doing things. I walked into the H E B with my auntie. H E B had red, black, yellow balloons and streamers. They had the full gold 1868. I mean, they had it all, and they had all the black-owned products on display in the grocery store, you know, all the wines, all the liquors, all the pastries, all the coffees, all everything. If it was black-owned, it was in the front of H E B. And I said, This, I went and I just was let me get all most of them have already tried, so I just grabbed two or three of my favorites. But I was like, come on, H E B. HE B is doing things out here, okay? Safeway, Albersons, Lucky's, Sprouts.

SPEAKER_00

Hey, even the damn wawas out there, okay, have more than we got in our 7-Elevens here. We need to step it up.

SPEAKER_04

That's step it up for the Juneteenth folks because they got it going on. They even have a little grocery bag. I'm gonna send you the Instagram, Sherwin. Okay, H E B is doing some things out here, okay.

SPEAKER_00

Sponsor us, hey, wrote a receipt.

SPEAKER_04

Sponsor us, right? Okay, my unsays. She's like, You think this H B doing something? Wait till we go to the one in Pearl Land. And I was like, What? It's a bigger, better one. Hmm.

SPEAKER_00

Well, you said you were catching up. So tell me what you've been catching up on, journalist, okay? Because I heard through you that somebody might be expecting your child pretty soon. Did you do your journalist duty on that one?

SPEAKER_04

Listen, listen, James Kenny is having a baby, y'all. Yes, DJ James Kenny is having the baby. So my first reaction was who the fuck is this girl?

SPEAKER_03

Right.

SPEAKER_04

Who the fuck is this girl? I ain't really been following James Kenny because I I I saw watching VPR and they didn't a new cast, so I'm like, I don't know. So he was with Allie, that was her name, I think. He was with Allie, who was the whole astrology, who I saw on Soho playing the guitar. And so I was like, she wasn't pregnant. Who the fuck is this bitch? Right? Like, who who is this, right?

SPEAKER_00

Well, I mean, whoever it is, I mean, I feel like he's gonna change so much when he becomes a father. I mean, he's always, I feel like watching him in the early days of VPR, he was definitely a fuckboy, you know, and I was never really a big James Kennedy fan. I feel like until Scandaval happened, and then I was like, okay, I'm with it because he was going in on time and I and I love this.

SPEAKER_04

Listen, worm with the mustache will go down is an iconic Bravo term. Poo-poo heads, right?

SPEAKER_00

I mean, I I I'm here for it all. I feel like it's a big, big, you know, transformation for him, and I'm really excited for him. He's having this baby, whoever the girl is. I hope it works out. And congrats, James Kennedy. I mean, that's big. So we see that. Yeah, that's all I gotta say. Well wishes, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, her name is Jordan Myers, and that's all I don't know. I don't know what she does, but congratulations to them. Congratulations to them. And now, you know, that's probably why Allie is on Soho. Because I didn't know they broke up, honey. And honestly, I don't really care. I just was just shocked. That's all. Like, shocked, like, okay, Jay's gonna be a dad, okay, cute, but who the fuck is this girl? Like, so those are my initial reactions to that, but Soho. So I did watch the video. I listen.

SPEAKER_03

Soho.

SPEAKER_00

Let me ask you this before you even get into it. Do you feel like I know why you're getting your thoughts together? And I'm gonna throw in a question for you too because I'm gonna be honest with everybody. I and you guys know this. I've been saying it. I'm Soho'ed out, I'm summer housed out. I feel like I did my best to keep up with Soho because it was my first time. I just feel like the storylines got a little stale for me. But I want to know this, Enrica, because this is the first time they're having this in-studio reunion, right? Because they've always had the watch what happens live one. Do you feel like they did their first reunion justice?

SPEAKER_04

Yes.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_04

I will say they did their first reunion justice for being in studio. Like, yes, I will give them that. They did. I don't think it should have been a two-part reunion. They could have wrapped that shit up into one. Because I'm still salty about Mary to Madison only being a two-part reunion.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

They had way too much to talk about. Like that season deserved a three-part. Because like, why did Beverly Hills get a three-part? Like, I'm going back. I'm still salty. Yes, I am. That Mary to Madison only got two parts. The men alone deserved a part alone. Because they were the reason why Mary to Madison was that married to men to sin. Yeah. Well, we said it, right? We said it. So I'm still salty about that. So they could have definitely gave us the reunion. And let me just go ahead and throw on in Summerhouse in this. Like I wrap it up. I don't want Summer House nothing. Like, so let me just go ahead and put Soho and Summerhouse together with my thoughts. White people lie. Period. That's it. White people lie, and when they get caught, they lie more. We need to stop giving them reasons to justify themselves and put their point in. You lied and you did a very bad thing. Fuck you. Period.

SPEAKER_00

Emmy. Let me sit by drink. Ooh, but this is getting shady. I don't care. I don't care.

SPEAKER_04

I don't care. Bitch, I'm coming off of Juneteenth. I don't give a fuck. Okay. All right.

SPEAKER_00

Let him know. Let him have it.

SPEAKER_04

You lied. Emmy, I am so over the storyline. I'm glad Brad said what he said. He basically said, Girl, I don't even care. Like I knew you was gonna lie. You up to these fucking teeth. Like he called it. You're gonna cry. You're gonna try to justify yourself. You're gonna try to do all this other stuff. And I don't even care. I stopped caring when we was at uh at the whatever thing that they did, where he tried to debt it. And he was like, Okay, but you the one that keep bringing it up. Shut the fuck up. Get her off the TV screen. The aftermath, I didn't need that episode. West is a liar, a man's a liar. And Sierra, please don't, please disconnect your trauma bond from that Mija chick. I don't think we need that episode.

SPEAKER_00

Not the trauma bond. Let me sit my drink. Oh my god.

SPEAKER_04

Well, she said it. Sierra said, oh, look at us trauma bonding. Sierra, stop. Don't trauma bond with, don't trauma, don't trauma bond with her. She's trying to get on the show. No, that's not your friend. Your friend is Mia. Period. If you have a friend on the show, your friend is Mia, and your friend is KJ. That those are your friends. Your associates are Lindsay, Kyle, and Carl.

SPEAKER_00

And didn't it come out, by the way, just so I just so you know, it came out that Wes is not coming back. Like it was official, right? It was official. Of course, because I don't even care.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it's official. I mean, Bravo ain't said nothing, so you know me. Until Bravo says something, NBC Universal and D say something. I don't believe it. That's just me. I don't like to get with the hype. But he, I mean, of course he's not coming back. He he takes no accountability on well, he does for word sake, because he's still, because for me at this point, accountability means actions. So yeah, you take accountability with your words, and then your actions should show your accountability. He has not done that since the whole first thing about Sierra when they first broke up. And Amanda, I don't know what the I I don't she needs to be off the screen, him needs to be off the screen, and so does West. And any other white person that has these same characteristics, these same care and energy. I am over it. You know, I mean and I'm just gonna co-sign.

SPEAKER_00

I'm just gonna co-sign on everything that you say because at this point, I think the listeners know, everybody out there knows. I'm summer housed out. I feel like it was too many parts. I'm over it, ready for the next season, ready to see what happens with Sierra and her career. And soho, I mean, I only saw like little clips and bits. You know, the only person who I really, to be honest with you, that I really will ride or die for on that show is Leva. And for me, because I think you said she was Persian, she might be Persian or some kind of Middle Eastern.

SPEAKER_04

Hold on, I'm about to Google it.

SPEAKER_00

Let me go to the Google because I'm pretty sure like she is, and you know, I'll ride for any Middle Eastern Persian period, like whoever, right? And so I feel like she came to the reunion, she did what she needed to do. She's a boss bitch, and she came and she clocked that girl Mia and was like, I was there in the room when you said what what you said about Wes. You said that you told Sally Carson the dick was good. I'm like, Leva, yes, get in the paint because at the end of the day, you're not like uh L VP um. Vanderpunk. Like you're not just sitting back, you know.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, she's not, yeah, she's good. She's Iranian American. She's she's she's good.

SPEAKER_00

She's Iran, she's me. She's she's my cousin. Okay, that's my family. Okay, I I couldn't keep up with that, but she's Persian. I heard I saw Persian.

SPEAKER_04

She's Persian.

SPEAKER_00

I see Persian in her blood.

SPEAKER_04

And you know, she's Persian, she's married to a black man, and her son is Persian and black.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, okay, I didn't know that. But that's yeah, Lamar's black.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, Lamar is black.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, okay. But anyway, she's still Persian at the end of the day, and I'm gonna always have her back. And so I just feel like that's the only person I can really connect with on that show right now. But listen, I'm so hoeed out, I'm summer housed out. I'm ready to move on to the next season.

SPEAKER_04

I uh yeah, I what I will say my final thoughts because you know Bravo really needs to hire me for a casting director. What we need to do with listen, I need to be a producer at this point. Y'all wanted to go ahead. Listen, bro, if you guys listening, my um degree is in production, so yes, I can do this. I totally can do this. But what they need to do now, this is how we're gonna wrap up season 10 in Summer House, right? I think it's a good show. I do, but it's time to make some cash changes. We can go ahead and give Sierra the keys to Summerhouse, like Kyle, pass them to Sierra and Kyle. You in the city, which is a show that I can do without as well. But go ahead, for good's sake, let's go ahead and keep them on there. But Kyle, Lindsay, Carl, you guys have served your time on Summer House, and you guys are the creators, and you guys made it and set the tone and laid the foundation for you. I'm not gonna discredit you. They are really good TV. You guys can go on ahead and go on to In the City. Boom. Because Amanda is off. We're not putting her on in the city. Amanda and Wes, we're done. Now, Sierra will take the keys to Summerhouse just for two seasons to help the transition. And Mia, KJ, Jesse, Bailey, and Levi, and all of them new folks, because all of them new folks are actually good. Let them summer house it out. Because Sierra's gonna leave. She's just there for a transitional period. Okay. That is that. Now, when it comes to Soho, Southern hospitality, Emmy could just go. The cast is honestly fine for me. If anything, because we like to do the whole summer house southern hospitality, like little thing. If anything, let's let Mia come up to New York and have some fun in the Hamptons with them. You know, like I don't make, you know, like let her come up up there because Mia is, if we're gonna compare, so if we're gonna compare a show, Mia is that la la. Like, she don't work there no more. She worked there, but now she don't work there, but because she got good ties, like she still is good. So we need Mia there. But honestly, the only person I can do without on Southern Hospitality is Emmy for obvious reasons. And I think we'll be fine, but we're done. They're about to start filming Summer House again because it's the summer technically, and they always start filming after July 4th. So contracts are literally probably with lawyers right now. The ink is probably still wet, yada, yada, yada. But we're done, we're done, and I think we should move on, Sherwin, because okay, yeah, I agree.

SPEAKER_00

On that's probably gonna be roll of receipts season two. So make sure y'all stay tuned when we come back for season two because we'll probably talk about Summer House and Soho then because we are tired of it all. Now, also in the reality universe, reality TV universe, I don't know if you saw this, but last week, speaking of last week's pod, Julianne and I, we were talking about Tyra Banks suing Netflix over this documentary that they did, which girl, I don't get what you're doing. Take several seats because you know you were your hand was in the cookie jar with that one. So, how are you gonna sue somebody for defamation when those were your answers? But that's another note. But, anyways, she's now signed a contract to come and be a reoccurring judge on Project Runway. I don't know if you saw that. Um I saw it. What are your thoughts about this whole Tyra Banks comeback situation? Because I feel like when ANTM went down, it was kind of like she was kind of gone, but I don't know what you think.

SPEAKER_04

So I am a Tyra Banks fan, honey. Okay, I learned how to pose, like she was my favorite model. Like back in the day where before influencers and it was models, Tyra Banks was my girl. Tyra and Heidi and Adriana Lima, Giselle Bunchin. I didn't really like I like Naomi, but I didn't see her a lot because she was more so runway, where I saw I I saw these girls because I was I was the girl with the Victoria's Secret catalog. Okay. Um let me let I just think I just aged myself. But yes, back in the day, Victoria's Secret had a catalog, and those were the girls that I saw in there, and then ANTM came out, and then Project Runway came out, but whatever. I'm okay with this because I'm a Project Runway fan, been a Project Runway fan since they were on Bravo originally, so and I liked her when she judged the final season of the last, the final, sorry, the finale episode for the the last season. I liked her banter with La Roche. I liked her banter with Heidi. So I'm actually okay with this, but I do think it's at the end of the day, I think it's good marketing for her to drop this lawsuit and then announce, you know, a week later about this whole her being a recurring judge. I mean, how perfect timing is this? You know, tired know how to make a coin, tired know how to, tired know how to do stuff. But I think that definition of calorie, girl, like girl, it is thundering and lightning right now in Houston, Texas. I hear through the window. Oh girl, I need to duck and cover.

SPEAKER_00

Not duck and cover from the lightning, okay. But you know what? I mean, I agree with you. I mean, I'm not mad at her. I feel like she still needs to get a check. So, you know, go ahead and sign on the Project Runway. And I do feel like this is more her domain. Like, you tried hosting Dancing with the Stars. You know that didn't work for you. You know, you tried hosting what was the other one? I think it was like America's Got Talent or something like that. Like, you tried doing the hosting gig. Yeah, I think she did. She was with Simon and all the hold on the hold on. She did. Before Terry Cruz. Yeah, before Terry came in and handled it. And then she did Dance with the Stars, and then they brought in Alonzo Carl from Fresh Prince. Yeah, and I was like, good, because I feel like a lot of the fans don't really like Tyra. And so I feel like this is more her domain. You are a fashion girl. Like you just said, you grew up watching her modeling, this, this, and that. Stick to the fashion world because this is what you're good at. So, and I feel like you don't need a host all the time. Sit back, be a judge. You've kind of been there, done that. So now you can sit back and judge. And RuPaul can do the hosting. And so I'm here. I'm sorry, not RuPaul. I'm thinking of RuPaul's drag race. Heidi Cloom. Heidi for Project. Yes, she's the host. Let her do the hosting. You sit back and be a judge and give your expert opinion on something that you're an expert in. So I'm here for it. I do like it. Um I just wish you weren't suing everybody left and right to saying the news girl. That's it.

SPEAKER_04

Well, she probably suing everybody because Smai's ice cream is not good. Which was another stupid adventure. I just like Tyra, like Tyra's one of them girls that it's like a Jennifer Lopez. Like, you know, Jennifer Lopez trying to put her hand in every single pot. Like she was trying to be a singer, an actress, you know, the dancer.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. We cannot compare apples to oranges here because Jennifer Hudson is an e-got. Jennifer Hudson is an e-got. Oh, we're talking about Jennifer Hudson or Lopez? Oh Lopez. Oh, oh, oh, oh. For a second, I thought you said Jennifer Hudson.

SPEAKER_02

I was like, Lopez, you're right.

SPEAKER_00

You're right. But I what I will say about what I will say about J Lo is she's a damn good actress.

SPEAKER_04

Right. Actress and dancer.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, I was gonna say. Right, exactly.

SPEAKER_04

That's it.

SPEAKER_00

She's a great performer. She's a performer. There you go.

SPEAKER_04

And I think Tyra wants to do that. And it's like, Tyra, no, stick to the fashion. You can model. You can model. You cannot host because you cannot act.

SPEAKER_00

Wait, wait, wait, wait. Why did I think for a second that Tyra would be so good on a housewife show? Because this sounds like Shamia for a second coming up with the fucking rum company idea. Like, where do you get that shit from? And it's like Tyra Banks with her smise ice cream, like right such a housewife type adventure. It's like ridiculous.

SPEAKER_04

Like when she announced that, I was like, ice cream because you grew up eating ice cream as a little girl and I ain't gonna make it smise ice cream, whatever. Two each is all let me not tear it down a black woman's adventures. Go ahead, girl, pop your collar. Okay, but she's gonna get what she gonna do. She's gonna get a Disney check. You know, at the end of the dau is this run by Disney. So she done got a Disney check with with with now Project Runway. She got a Disney check. She got a Disney check with the life size. Uh remember she did life size with uh uh Lindsay.

SPEAKER_00

She could have left that out, she could have left that project out too.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, you know, she done got a Disney check from Dancing with the Stars. I don't know if Disney, you know, I don't know if I listen.

SPEAKER_00

I told you she's on at this point, it's giving retainer because she's married to a rich man, a rich photographer. Well, I think they they're not together anymore, I believe.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, really?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, but she had a kid with him, she has a son. Um Eric Osla was his name, I think. Yeah, she was with I don't know if they're together still, though. I don't know. I think that was move. I think they divorced or maybe separated. I'm not sure.

SPEAKER_04

Don't quote me on it, but I don't think oh no, it says it in 2017. Eric Osla, 2013 to 2017, one child.

SPEAKER_00

Yep, there you go. I don't even know if they got married all the way either.

SPEAKER_04

So Mauregian photographer.

SPEAKER_00

Yep.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, whatever.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, you learn something new every day, but every fucking day.

SPEAKER_04

Well, good luck to Tyra. I'm excited to see her on the screen. I know her in law about to go toe-to-toe. And when I say toe-to-toe, I mean like Simon and and um uh Mariah. Was Mariah on when Simon was on? I think so. I can't remember, but you know, like that good judging back, they both got good strong opinions, and their both opinions are valid. So you know what I mean? So yeah, I think I'll be watching.

SPEAKER_00

I'll be watching too. I'll tune in. I'll tune in. But you know what else I'm gonna tune into is the BET Awards. It's coming up on June 28th. So I'm I'm gonna be tuning in because I saw their lineup for performances and I was like, yes. I mean, obviously they got the big names Cardi B, Dochi, Common, Jill Scott, Kaylani, Queen Latifah, MC Light, T.I., and many, many more. I'm just listing some of my favorites. So I can't wait to see what they come out with. And I feel like they're also gonna do a tribute performance because we just found out a couple days ago that it's really unfortunate, but producer Tay Keith had passed away. And so I don't know if they they I think there's an investigation going on, so I don't know if they've determined the cause of death just yet, but he was a legendary producer, okay? And let me just go ahead and give you flowers. Like he worked with everybody from Drake to Megan the Stallion to Travis Scott. I mean, we all know sickle mode, Migos, like you know, just DJ Khaled, Meek Mill, Gucci Man, and he also worked with your homegirl, Beyoncé, okay.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, yeah, because he listen before I let go he put these niggas up. Like that was his intro. That's how I that's all I knew.

SPEAKER_00

That is his intro. Yeah, that is his intro.

SPEAKER_04

Like, okay.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, legendary producer, and it's really, really sad. So I feel like they're gonna do a tribute performance to him, and so we'll see what happens.

SPEAKER_04

They have to, they got to, and then they and they might not. I don't know. You know how you know how some people be like, but it is hosted by Drewski. So good, good job to Drewski, you know, for him on the come up, you know, because you know, you know, not everybody can host these shows, like, and you gotta think about who was his previous host before him, you know, Taraji, Steve, Steve Harvey, and Cedric Entertainer, Monique. Right. Kevin Hart host for a minute, too. Like, you know, so like, you know, way to pass the torch on to a new, a new up-and-coming or already coming person, um, as in Drew Skeet. Right. So, yeah, I mean, I won't be watching, I'll be watching clips and highlights of the PewPerson because I can't sit through award shows no more. Just give me the stuff. Sharw when you tell me who to watch like you did last year.

SPEAKER_00

Well, I'd be watching the clips too. I'd be wanting to just see the performances, and then honestly, I just go through and look up the list of the winners because I don't have time to sit through everybody's speeches, okay? I just don't have time for that until unless I see a good clip that comes out, I will watch that. Or maybe if I really like the person that won the award, like I'll watch their speech. But I'm not a speech person, so I don't want to sit through 15, 20 speeches. So I will be also watching the clip. I will be watching the clips, but I definitely will be tuning into the performances because I feel like the BET awards, a lot of artists, they bring out all the stops, you know what I mean.

SPEAKER_04

So the BET awards is so fucking long, it's like four hours, right?

SPEAKER_00

Like it'd be on the it'd be on the the You got the red carpet, the blue carpet, the green carpet, the yellow carpet. I mean, they've got it's long, but I love you watching.

SPEAKER_04

So I'm looking at the Google and they have special awards. Three, there's something new, three major special honors are being awarded this year. The inaugural living legend icon award is going to Lauren Hill. Hopefully, she shows up. The inaugural icon of the year award, Tiana Taylor. Now, this bitch better be performing because if she is, I'm fucking watching. Because listen, that she is.

SPEAKER_00

I think she is performing.

SPEAKER_04

And you listen, too I I will be watching that because let me tell you something. Tiana Taylor give her all the flowers and the standing ovations and the claps and the applauses. This girl, I've been knowing this girl. Look, I've been knowing this girl, I've been knowing this girl.

SPEAKER_00

Tell me how long you know her, Andrica.

SPEAKER_04

Sweet 16. Since sweet 16. And then I don't know this person. Sylvia Roan is getting the ultimate icon award. So the BT Awards, you know, is gonna do its thing. And I'm here for it. And Sharon will be watching. Well, no, Sherman and I will both be watching the clips, and hopefully, they do a major great job.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I will be watching, and you know what else I will be watching, Andrika, is Real Housewives of Orange County season 20. Last week we talked about this on the pod, and so I want to get your thoughts since you weren't here. What do you think about the trailer? Because they just dropped the trailer, they had their promo pictures come out, and I mean I was talking about this with Julianne, but also with you about them wearing black and the promo picture, and it's like giving funeral because could this be the end of Orange County? I want to get your thoughts. What do you think about what's going on over in the OC? Okay.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

What?

SPEAKER_04

Okay. Yeah, people don't think I'm crazy, Sharwin.

SPEAKER_00

What? I want to hear. What do you think?

SPEAKER_04

Okay, first of all, I don't watch Orange County. Like, I just watch the highlights in the clips because I just can't get like them bitches is racist, period. Okay. Like I just can't, I just can't watch it. It's it's literally background noise. If like if it's I watch, if it's like, you know how you have in downtime and like you clean up the house. Sometimes we're not eating to just have like whatever. Anywho's whatever. Don't even matter. The first thing I noticed, you know, they done did they promo shoot, whatever, and you know, since it's coming, Peacock updates the icons. You know how they the thumbnails, is that what's called thumbnails? Yeah, they update the thumbnails, right? And I noticed the thumbnail is Vicky in the middle, obviously, right? Hold on, let me go to it because I took a screenshot because I knew I want to talk about this. Vicky, it's like Vicky slash Shannon, I think, are like no Vicky's in the middle, Shannon's on one side, and Heaven's on the other side. So I automatically was like, oh, Tamara's pissed.

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_04

Because Tamara was used was in that little because they only put three housewives. So on any show, any housewife show on the thumbnail, they only put three housewives. Now I know it probably doesn't really matter because on Rhode Island, it's like Ashley, Joe's, Joe, what's the I don't even know the people's name? Kelsey and Joey, Rosie. Rosie. So it probably don't really matter, but I feel like that's because that's a new season. Like, who knew? Right? I really feel like I'm gonna tangent about Rhode Island. But anywho, I really, I really feel like that was intentional. You know, of course we're putting Vicky the OG from the OC in the middle, right? But I wonder how Tamara feels about it. But with all that being said, here comes me, Andrika, with hella thoughts and shit, and my production hat and my casting crew hat on. And here's my fucking theory. You ready for this? Here we go.

SPEAKER_00

Let me hear it.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, so we talked about Kelly Dodd and are they black because they're in the funeral, right? All right, so what if they're all in black because it's 20 years, they bought Vicky back, and we're about to literally this is the last season of the OC. They're done with the OC. 20 years of the cat.

SPEAKER_03

Right.

SPEAKER_04

Heather is going to carry the torch, not carry the torch, but Heather, they like Heather. Okay. Heather is fancy pants, but she also, I don't know how she feels about, I ain't really digging into her race, like if she's a racist or anything like that, or about how she feels about with black people and other cultures. But we do know that she's an ally for the LGBTQIA plus community, mostly because of her kids and and they're a part of that community, right? So I feel, and Heather now lives in Beverly Hills, technically, right? So I wonder if Heather is going to now move on up to Beverly Hills, right? We're gonna put Beverly Hills on pause while we restructure and reshape Beverly Hills. We're getting rid of Kyle. We're wiping Beverly Hills honestly, probably clean. And Heather is now going to be the main diamond holder because Kyle's not giving us nothing else. And now Heather is going to move to Beverly Hills, hold that diamond with a whole new circle group of friends. It might be some Suttons, you know, it might be, they might be like B cast members, but I feel like they're going to put Beverly Hills on pause, restructure it with Heather being that main diamond carrier, and completely wash Orange County away.

SPEAKER_00

Okay. Wow. That is a theory, and I'm here for it. I'm here for it. I'm here for it. And you know why I'm here for it? Because while you were talking and explaining it, I was thinking about back in the day when Beverly Hills was doing really good numbers. I feel like we had a lot of wives that were wives to really important people. Like we had Adrian, who was married to a surgeon, right? Plastic surgeon. We had Lisa, a restaurantur. Like, we had all these big housewife names. And it's like lately, like, I don't know what Sutton's track really does. Like, I'm gonna be honest, what does Doreet really do? Like, other than be an author and ghostwrite a book, like, you know, I just feel like we're missing that element of like wives of doctors and wives of celebrities like Yolanda, married to a Grammy winner, you know, David Foster. Like, we're missing that element. So I'm not mad if Heather comes in and reshapes it because she is a wife of a plastic surgeon that is very popular, you know, and so she can come in and then bring back those elements that we really love about Beverly Hills.

SPEAKER_04

And she exactly everything is HD. She has her low, and I'm here for it. Okay, right. Listen, I'm here for that's when I talk about that. I want to see housewives going back to housewives. I want the lifestyle of the rich and famous. Heather's picture is up there. That is the lifestyle of the rich and famous. Heather is taking. Listen, listen, yes, she wants to be an actress and yada yada yada blah blah blah blah. And we know that's what she did before she became Heather DeBro, right? Okay, cool, right? But she's also like this bitch is this bitch is showing us money. This bitch is is hiring Nobu to cater her fucking parties money, right?

SPEAKER_00

Okay, but it's also like I will just also say because now that you brought that up, I like Heather would be the first like housewife in a long time because all those ladies is given single ladies club because Kyle's divorced on the show, divorced, everybody's like separated, divorced or single. I mean, Bose is getting married, but like not in this last season. Like, I feel like there's no real housewife on that show. Like, what are we doing? This is called the Real Housewives, and we've gone completely to the left, and now we're doing single ladies club, and like we want to see housewives of doctors of musicians, of actors. You know, you're in Beverly Hills for crying out loud. You can't go out there and get a famous wife of an actor like Adam Sandler's wife, or like, I mean, just I'm just making that up, but like just here in Hollywood, you know what I mean? Like the access that you have, and y'all resort to Sutton Strack and Dari Kimsley.

SPEAKER_04

Like, I mean I mean, and then yeah, yeah, I mean, listen, all I know is is that it would be good. And Bravo, call me and let me because we talked about it. I just thought about that. We talked about that they are the the the the production team might be going away, right? We read that and we reported that because you know we're journalists. Hey Carlos, so we said that and so if this will be fitting to put Beverly Hills on pause because put Miami on pause stupid as fuck. Put my put Beverly Hills on pause, reshape, reformat just how you guys did Atlanta, just how you guys did New York, right? Reshape, reformat, do the things right. Let's be honest, y'all bought Porsche back, you know, for you know, for sweet 16 or whatever season that went about Porsche back because y'all put Atlanta Plaza, get it right. Remember, Andy, y'all need to get the get the get it right, and that's why y'all bought Porsche back. Do the same thing that you did for Beverly Hills, get it right. This time you just move in Heather to Beverly Hills so you can get it right. Because nobody wants to watch Orange County. Let's be honest, y'all bringing Vicky back to that'll be perfect, right? You started with Vicky, you're gonna end with Vicky. Again, I don't watch Orange County, I don't support the ladies just how I stopped watching New York because I don't like the fucking Ramona tread line. Like, fuck that shit. Like you and no, yeah. I mean, we can go on home wrenching about you know all the housewives, but think about it. Like, Dallas is not on anymore. Why? Cause that fucking Leanne.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, I agree. I feel like my final thoughts on this, and then you know, I'm done talking about OC, but I feel like in general, it's always been kind of a boring franchise, and so I could feel like I could do without it. I do like the Heather idea. You know what I completely forgot about? I forgot Amanda was on the show and she's married. Like, I can still do without her, but I'm just saying, like, I forgot, like, that's you know how memorable some people are. But I feel like Heather, no shade. Heather will be great on the show. Heather will be great on the show, but I could do without OC. I could see if Beverly Hills goes on low pause and does a revamp, but I'm here for it. So we'll see what happens. Anything else you want to add on OC, or are you ready to talk about this finale that happened in the tiny ocean state of Roe Island?

SPEAKER_04

Because go ahead to let's go to the ocean state.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, let's get into it. Because I feel like when they first came out, we were like, this is a short season, but I'm actually not mad at it. I feel like they ended it at a good time because listen, for the first season for Real Housewives of Royal Island, they did a great job. Like, I feel like they showed up to work, they did what they needed to do. Some girls could have worked a little harder, but that's a different conversation.

SPEAKER_04

The only person that didn't show up was Rulala.

SPEAKER_00

Rulala, you could have worked a little harder, girl. Ashley, you could have given us something more than a coffee shop and two babies. But let's just say that overall they did a great job for this initial season.

SPEAKER_04

Overall, five stars.

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_04

Five stars inaugural season.

SPEAKER_00

1,000%. And I feel like the amount of episodes that they had was perfect because the storylines were gonna get stale. You know what I mean? Like we were talking about uh Brian, Rulala's husband, for like four or five. Well, actually, every episode I think he came up in, like literally every single episode. Brian was like the honorary eighth housewife on that show, seventh or eighth, whatever how many they got.

SPEAKER_04

That's why I kind of cackled when he said when they was they was playing that game, he was like, I don't know, y'all know more about my life than I do. I had to cackle because tell the truth and shame the devil, honey.

SPEAKER_00

And didn't he say also, like, he I heard him whisper to Rula, like, thanks for making us famous, or like he said to the ladies, like, thanks for making us famous, like at the end of the dinner where they were like going over final thoughts or whatever. He was like, Thanks for making us the most popular. Well, I don't know about like the most popular Brian, but I do feel like you guys definitely had a storyline this season. Like, you know, I think that there was a lot going on. I feel like Rula didn't really have a storyline, but the other girls gave her a storyline by doing what they were doing. Hashtag Joe Ellen. But I just feel like they ended it at a good time. We're ready to move on to the reunion. The way they wrapped the episode with Brian getting arrested for tracking Rula's car and her taking the car to the police to remove the tracker, and then they arrested him for domestic violence. That shit was crazy. That was a crazy ending. So I feel like they kind of left us on a cliffhanger, and it's a perfect transition now to the reunion. So I'm excited. Enrico, what are your thoughts? Are you ready for the reunion? Because I am.

SPEAKER_04

So I have a theory.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, here we go. Here we go with the damn theories. Let's go, let's get into it.

SPEAKER_04

Listen, I had a lot of time in the South with no Wi-Fi to think about.

SPEAKER_00

I didn't have no fucking I'm gonna need your resume to be updated with co-host slash uh conspiracy theorists.

SPEAKER_04

No, not conspiracy. I can't be a conspiracy. This is this is a real theory.

SPEAKER_00

What is it? Let's hear it. I'm ready.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, okay, okay, okay. Let's get something together. Okay. Okay, so remember how what's the girl name? Rula La posted how she'll see us next season, yada, yada, yada, blah, blah, blah. And we was on her Instagram and we was like, see you next season, girl. Contracts ain't even released yet. Blah blah blah, yada, yada. Then we was doing all that, like, girl, what do we didn't even give nothing? Like, we was in her, okay? Like, what you thought you talking about? Like, right?

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_04

So the way the way it ended, like with this kind of like cliffhanger, like you said, you know, and we about to I know we about to go into the reunion, right? Okay, but the way it ended, just based on the shasha. Let's not talk about the reunion, based off the shasha. The way it ended, it had me thinking maybe Rulala signed a multi-season contract the same way Phaedra did. See? That's exactly what I was looking for. Now we're gonna see how the reunion plays out because the way it ended, right? You know, they're at her house, you know, she's looking all sad and shit, you know, the girls is there, yada yada. They're gonna give us like maybe like a little three minutes. Y'all was filming for way too long to give me three minutes.

SPEAKER_00

You know, it was given emerging, it was just by the way, it was given emergency filming scene. Oh, yes, like it gave like something happened in the news, and the producers picked up the phones and called the girls, say you gotta you gotta get together.

SPEAKER_04

You gotta film because Kelsey and Rosie and and Ashley and and Alicia with her and then Joelyn and Liz at the at the house. It it would eat popcorn at that. I was like, no, they not eat popcorn. Located, what I know.

SPEAKER_00

Joe, Joella walked in the house like I got wine and chocolate. Like, girl, you about to have a sleepover over here.

SPEAKER_04

Right, like, you know, like they watching it like we watched the housewives with a snack, okay? Like, oh, so I just like the way it ended, and then going into the trailer of the reunion, it gives like I would not be surprised because she didn't do nothing this season. Like, she gave us, she gave us the meat. Everybody talked about her and Brian all week, right? Even a little, what do you call it? The teaser, the teaser of what's gonna happen in the reunion that Bravo post on their Instagram page about of her and Rula La of uh uh Joel and Rula La going back and forth, and like the people like wait till the cameras, we're on break, right? Even that, like it just made me think like I would not be surprised because at the end of the daula's a business woman, right? She does have her accounting firm, I think it's accounting, but some kind of financial firm. And on top of that, her family owns the jewelry business. So I wouldn't be surprised. This is a smart bitch, and this bitch was like, Yeah, I'm about to give y'all, you about to give me a multi-season deal. Maybe it's two, maybe it's three, but I don't think it's one. I think that bitch be back.

SPEAKER_00

That's can I pick can I piggyback off that idea? Because I feel like, yes, I do feel like she is possibly coming back for another season. I feel like maybe there was talk behind the scenes with producers, given what she's going through right now with her husband, that there may be a divorce on the horizon. And when you can deliver something like that as a storyline, you know it that's grounds for renewal. And so I feel like maybe there's talk going on behind the scenes. They're doing the reunion, they asked her at the reunion, can you ever forgive him? And she's like, I don't know if I can. I get what happened on Watch What Happens Live. They came out together, she defended him still. Remember, the reunion gets filmed a little bit later in the season, so that you know, she hasn't seen all this stuff when she was on Watch What Happens Live, right? So a lot more stuff is coming to light, and so she may be going to get a divorce, right? I don't even know if she got a prenup. Like, this may actually be a great storyline for her. So I do feel like there may be some talk behind the scenes with production of like, hey, I can deliver this for a second season, and they're like, boom, approved. Like, you know what I mean?

SPEAKER_04

So yeah, no, no, no, no, no, no. I totally get it. And guess what?

SPEAKER_00

We'll be watching. We will be watching, right?

SPEAKER_04

But before we, but let me tell you this, because I don't know if I told you this because why do I call my mama ma?

SPEAKER_00

Hey ma.

SPEAKER_04

I do, I do, I do, I do he is ma. He is she'd be like, hello, daughter. I'll be like, hello, ma.

SPEAKER_00

You know what I said the other day? I was grabbing a a cracker and I said, Can I get a cracker? So thank you, Alicia, for giving me a new word in my vocabulary. All right, it's cracker, all right.

SPEAKER_04

You see that she's doing her own cracker lie.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I love it. I love she's like, I will say this and I'll put a pen and Rhode Island until the reunion airs. I feel like Alicia was one of the best housewives that we've seen on the new franchise because she's funny, she's lighthearted, she can get in the paint. Welcome to Rhode Island, bitch. I feel like she was one of the best this season. And I do feel like Joe Allen and Liz and a couple other girls, like maybe even Rosie, they showed up to work a couple times too. But I feel like if you could be a consistently funny housewife and keep us entertained, you win people over so quickly. And so I'm here for Alicia. I think first share was deserved. She is funny, she can get into it with the girls. I wish she would stand up a little bit more towards Rula. That's the one critique I have for her. But I mean, overall, I think it was a great season.

SPEAKER_04

I think it was a great season, and I'm looking forward to the reunion.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_04

Let's go down to the peaches.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, let's talk about it. The south. Speaking of the south, because you were just in the south. All right.

SPEAKER_04

I'm still in the south, honey. I'm just not so much southeast.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_04

Let me say something.

SPEAKER_00

Will you call that on Elena?

SPEAKER_04

Of course. That was the first thing I watched when I got Wi-Fi.

SPEAKER_00

Yep.

SPEAKER_04

So I'm gonna need all of my ATL people because you know I got people in ATL. So hear ye, hear ye to all the ATL people. I'm gonna need y'all to get the boots on the ground and start fine telling me who Jarvis is. Send us an Instagram DM, send us an email. All of our information is on our our Instagram. I think we're relatreceipes at gmail.com. Our Instagram is Rella Receipts on all platforms. But send us something because Shamia and is it Dennis? His name is Dennis, right? What's his name? What's Shamia's husband's name?

SPEAKER_00

Gerald.

SPEAKER_04

Oh shit.

SPEAKER_00

Dennis is Porsche's baby daddy. I'm like Dennis. Don't be out here starting rumors.

SPEAKER_04

Do you know why? Because Dennis is the drama, not the drama. That's probably why I bought him up, okay?

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_04

Anywho's Shamia and Gerald and Kelly and Jarvis are going on double dates. Shamia is tagging everybody except Jarvis, obviously, and the photos, obviously except Jarvis, but they're tagging the restaurants. So it's not like she's dating this man in private. Okay. I look those photos up and I look in the backgrounds. They're in public spaces. So my ATL people, please. Um, if you see Jarvis, shoot me a photo in the DMs. I will not, I will keep you anonymous. Um, but I need to know who the fuck Jarvis is. I'm I'm stressed. I'm telling you guys, I'm I I don't like knowing I hate this shit. I need what do we need? Authentic housewives doing authentic things. That does that.

SPEAKER_00

I can't. That's my lie. Oh, iconic. I love it. That's my lie. You know, I love a well housewife.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, and Kelly, you cannot be out here breadcrumbing us, okay, with with this. Okay, with this. We can't we can't you can't mean to win this to us, okay? We need to know who Jarvis is. I don't give a fuck that he doesn't want to be on camera. Who cares? He knew who he signed up for when he started dating your ass. Who the fuck is Jarvis? I need to know. Atlanta, go to work.

SPEAKER_00

Put your journalist hat on, Atlanta. All right, we need your journalistic help here. While we're talking about Kelly, let me get my thoughts real quick on what I think about Kelly. And I do want to give a shout out to at KG Talks. I know we've given her a shout out before in the pod, but she posted a little recap. And I have to say, I agree with what she's saying. I feel like Kelly, you're trying to pull a fast one on us because at this point, your boyfriend, Jarvis, whoever, is paying for your teeth. A good five, ten thousand right there. Then you've got Shamia letting you move into her townhouse for free. Then you've got Phaedra representing you in court for free. Okay, did we not learn anything by Sheree? Okay. Phaedra got beat out by Bob Whitfield in the courtroom when it came to do it.

SPEAKER_04

Someone that went to Stanford and with no representation.

SPEAKER_00

No representation. I will who said that quote? Who was the last person you represented? Bobby Brown circuit 1992? Kenya Moore.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, was it or was it Cynthia?

SPEAKER_00

I think it was Kenya who was reading Phaedra, you know, back in the day.

SPEAKER_04

Cynthia was win a case.

SPEAKER_00

Win a case, right? So, I mean, go ahead. Phaedra will do it for free because we know what happens in the courtroom with Phaedra when it comes to divorce law. But my thing is, Kelly, you're getting all these freebies. What's going on? Your restaurants ain't paying the bills. Because, like Andrika said before, nobody goes to Nana's chicken and waffles when they got Waffle House right down the street.

SPEAKER_04

And so they got a Waffle House in motherfucking Houston. I was shocked. I thought that was a good one.

SPEAKER_00

They got it everywhere. I feel like in this like Texas and Atlanta.

SPEAKER_04

I'll go Georgia thing only. I go Georgia thing only. I did not know. I didn't go to Waffle House, by the way, because you know, whatever. I've been, it's not that great to me, but whatever. Right.

SPEAKER_00

Um, but you know what Kelly needs to do? Kelly needs to take a page out of Pinky's book because Pinky is now doing stuff with Montel Jordan and doing some other stuff, right? Rich Kwan, his you know, whatever. Or that was Drew, actually. That wasn't it. That was Drew.

SPEAKER_04

No, no, no, no, no, no.

SPEAKER_00

It was Montel Jordan, right?

SPEAKER_04

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Montel Jordan and his wife are Pinky and her husband's marital counselors. And I was stunned. I was like, Montel Jordan is a is a is a is a pastor because they pastors, they are.

SPEAKER_00

I didn't know.

SPEAKER_04

I was like, okay, this is how we do it. We done, we done to the book.

SPEAKER_00

This is how we do it. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Why do I always that's the one song when I hear Montel Jordan? That's the one song. Or the uh to tonight, that song member, get it on tonight. That's a good one, too.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, yep, yep, yep, yep.

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, okay, okay, okay.

SPEAKER_00

That's one of my favorites, but I do like to see Montel Jordan. That was fun. That is him. Yeah, I love him. So I was here for Pinky doing some ventures with him and bringing in her husband and then doing this little pop-up event. I thought that was cute. So, Kelly, I feel like you need to go off and do other ventures. You know, the Nana's chicken and waffles is not paying the bills. So, what else have we got?

SPEAKER_04

You know, I yeah, I mean, I'm going back to the Carlos King interviews. Shamia did say, because like Carl's asking him, like, when she with the girls, and he was like, She was like, she was like, Pinky's a business woman, she always got an idea. She's gonna she's gonna say, you know, you should take this cloth and you should turn this cloth into a business, and then that's how you gonna do it. Like, she was like, Get Pinky has always got a business plan because Pinky's doing TED Talks, Pinky got the the the the the portfolio with the investments, that's what she did buy back her business so fast. I mean, that's because Kelly is too busy up underneath Porsche's ass. Okay, she is trying to get her small ass in between that big ass of Porsche's, you know, it's a lot of you know, she could probably fit.

SPEAKER_02

Have you seen Porsche's ass?

SPEAKER_04

Oh, we did seen it, we seen it live at the BurgoCon. That is cornbread fed.

SPEAKER_00

You said it. Cornbread fed. You said it. Let them know. Well, speaking of Porsche, let's get into it while we're talking about her because the dra the trauma, not the drama of it all. Listen, people were saying what I will say though, before we even get into it, people were saying that scene was fake. I don't think that scene was fake.

SPEAKER_04

I don't think it was fake either. I don't think it was fake. She was not expecting that. No, no, no, I don't think it was fake. And I think Dennis is trauma. And he just he fucked up and he trying to get her back. Like, and I'm glad that they rolled the receipts in the clips for us when he tried to get her back the first two times. Like he had his chance, and I'm glad she told him to get the fuck out. Like, you don't do that. Like, you mad because she went on, she's trying to have a co-parent. So you're like, I wish I wish my son's daddy would. No, no, no. I hope you were living your happily ever out. You chose over there. You you left. Yeah, I don't think it was fake at all, Sherwin. I'm with you. I agree.

SPEAKER_00

Can I just say one thing though? And I hope y'all don't throw tomatoes at me. In this situation, and in this situation only, I'm a little bit on Team Dennis. I feel like I've always been Team Porsche. When he cheated on her, I was Team Porsche. When they broke up, I was Team Porsche. When he engaged her again at Toronto, I'm Team Porsche. I feel like the third time around, Portia, you just wanted a husband. And to throw it away like that and just be like, well, just if you want a ring, like put it back on, whatever, you're giving him an opportunity. I'm kind of like Dennis as well. It's like, let me scope out the scene a little bit. It takes time to move forward and heal. And then three months, six months later, you're now getting engaged to Simon. So I felt like if you really want to be with somebody, you will wait, you would explore, you would see if it's actually authentic and if it's there. And I do agree that people say that uh Dennis and Porsche are very similar. They're like the same person. They really are. They really are on the same level of petty that each other are. And so I feel like they're soulmates, but I do feel like Portia, you moved on so quickly. I would have felt it kind of way too if I was Dennis. So I feel like that scene wasn't fake. He definitely was bringing the ring back. It was a little petty, but that's something Porsche would do. That's like on Porsche's level of petty. You know what I mean? So it's like I get that it brought up a lot of trauma for her, but Dennis is just as petty. So hey, you know what I mean?

SPEAKER_03

I mean, Simon's marriage, I don't care what nobody say. I'll die on a cliff. That was a business deal.

SPEAKER_04

You know, she's a businesswoman. She said it. She said she was raised. You know, her mom always, her mother and And her father had businesses, you know, and I like Portia, but let me like come on now. You didn't like Simon, you liked Simon's money, and you knew you know, girl, you found a sucker and you sucked it. He felt that he that there was no love there. He didn't love her ass. You stupid ass. You you know, that's why she got a prenup to protect herself. But she still got some cash from you, honey. That was a business deal. She learned, she was, she was, she was stupid in the sucker when she married Cordell, but she ain't no sucker no more. She found her a sucker and she sucked it. And her name is name of Simon. And she got, she got she got her a coin. She got the coin.

SPEAKER_00

She did. She got the coin. She definitely got the coin off that marriage.

SPEAKER_04

You know, you can do it when you got the coin.

SPEAKER_00

She got the coin, the car, and the house. Okay.

SPEAKER_04

Boom. Mic dropped.

SPEAKER_00

Speaking of Portia, you know, and I will say, like, Portia has definitely been one of those people who we follow her relationship a lot throughout her time in Atlanta. But I did see recently that Kay Michelle was doing an interview, and we can even talk about Kay Michelle a little bit here. She said that, you know, when she got introduced to the group, you know how they always bring somebody in to introduce a newbie into the group. Production told her it's gonna be Porsche because y'all did this show together, this commercial, whatever back in the day. And so you guys, you know, you're gonna do a scene together, she's gonna introduce you. And Kay Michelle was like, I really didn't know Porsche. I feel like I would have liked Angela to introduce me because I knew Angela a little bit better. And so I thought that was really interesting that Kay Michelle said that. But to be honest with you, Kay, I haven't liked a single scene that you've been in yet. I mean, I feel like we're not getting anything from you this season. Like other than a little confessional key key here and there, I mean, what are you doing this season, girl? What is it giving? It's giving bland. And the only reason, I'm gonna say this because if you guys haven't seen it, go back to our Instagram and look at my prediction or me and Andrika kind of put together a roll uh Real House Rise of Atlanta roll of receipts, reunion prediction, seating chart. Okay. I put K Michelle first because of the star status, okay, that K Michelle brings to the group. But at the end of the day, K, if you're not gonna talk about anything with the group and you're gonna save everything for Twitter, what are you doing on the show? Okay.

SPEAKER_04

That's what I said. I said, we don't like that on Bravo. We don't, we don't, we, we don't like that. Us listen, you got a new set of fans. These are not loving hip hop fans. These Bravo fans are different. The Bravo verse is different, okay? And we don't like that, okay. We need all of your authenticity, like we sign up. We we're what you sign up for if you don't give us nothing, okay? Like her heart, like what is the issue with Drew? And why don't you discuss it? Yeah, yeah. I'm not really a big Drew fan, but I'm with Drew. What is the issue? Speak up, honey. Speak up. What who? And even Shamina. Sorry, I gotta stop saying that. I really don't mean to do that. But it's Angela Oakley has embed that into my brain. But even Shamia even said on Carlos King interview, she don't even know who who. She won't say nothing. That's what Shamia said she's getting her receipts ready. That's why she was ready for Carlos because she's digging up screenshots and stuff like that. Because now she's over K. When Kay try to say about her mama being in the club at 2 a.m. She was like, That's not that's a lie. My mama wouldn't have her boobs out. Like, she was like, No, like she has receipts, dates, timelines stamped with with uh club uh time, like actual time and date. Like she's ready because she's like Kay is lying, and she don't know who who who was stirring the pot. She still ain't told her, so it's like and they're doing this because you know, out of the loving hip hop girl said that K Michelle is crazy, and they try not to do that on her for here on that with her hair. But I think they might be right. Like, what is the issue? Who said it?

SPEAKER_00

And you know what? I feel like K Michelle, there's I'll just I just want to say that I feel like Kay Michelle has more interesting things happening off camera than on camera because that whole issue with Shamia and Shamia telling her, Well, my friends really didn't want me to be your friend, and Kay sitting there and clocking her. I feel like, where was that? Where was that scene? I mean, we didn't see it. K, you need to confront Shamia because if you're telling me that Rashida and Candy and all them are talking shit about you, then let me go ahead and have that conversation on camera.

SPEAKER_04

Exactly. Fucking exactly. I'm over it. Like, we don't we don't do the over here on Bravo, right? And K Michelle, girl, you need to get together and I'm fucking over it. I ain't gonna sit here and lie to you. Like, let's wrap this season up and get to the reunion because are they filming?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I was just about to say, I feel like the reunion is gonna be filmed soon. Once we get the looks and everything, that's when they film it. But like, I feel like that's gonna happen in the next week or two here, and then the season should be wrapping soon because I feel like we've gone to our wit's end at this point with this season. Let's get into the reunion, let's clock all the tea that happened throughout the season, and so I'm looking forward to that. But I agree with you. I'm ready to move on. But what else is coming up in the Bravo versus Andrica other than Rhode Island? We've got Atlanta, OC, of course, we talked about. But is there anything else that you're watching?

SPEAKER_04

No, honestly, I'm not watching anything else because it's summertime, right? So there's not, you know, we're basically on summer break. We're wrapping it up. There's only there's only summer with Bravo, honestly. But you know, there's nothing, no, but they'll we're waiting till the fall for all that.

SPEAKER_00

But well, you know what I will be watching, just so you know, okay. It's black music month this month. Tiny desk. And so I just sent Andrika the other day a text that said you gotta watch Eve. Eve was on the Tiny Desk concert and she killed that too. So good. And you know what? It's black music month for NPR Tiny Desk. So if y'all want to watch, definitely be tuning in. They're gonna have some good guests. I know it.

SPEAKER_04

So yeah, well, the month of June is Black Music Month, as is Black Music Month, so they always do a great job during this time. So I will be watching Eve. It's already saved in my watch history for the YouTube. I have lots of like luckily, this thunder and rain is happening in Houston because I will not be going outside in this weather. No, so I will be on YouTube all day catching up. I need to finish watching in the city and watch what happens live. And because of you, I'm watching season seven of Atlanta because I don't remember Claudia Jordan's season. I don't, I'm gonna be honest. So I'm watching it because we were talking about something I can't remember what we were talking about. See, I might even just stop. I think I might stop. I have other things to do, I have other things to do. I have real Wi-Fi again, and I have other things to do, so I think I'm gonna stop watching seven. But summer by Bravo is so back, in their words, not mine. So we have next gen NYC coming on June 24th. I'm a you know, Drea, let me shout out to our girl Drea. You know, she sent the trailer and she was like, Andreas probably crying. Girl, you don't know me. You don't know me. You don't know me because I don't care. Like, this is my niece and nephews, okay? And Gia is gonna make me cry.

SPEAKER_00

Gia, Melania, oh, and Melania, didn't Melania just have some tea with we'll get into that next week because we gotta go. Right.

SPEAKER_04

Because Grill, but um, yes, Portia, Melania, Gia, girl, this is my nieces and nephews. Like, what do you mean Porsche graduated from high school and going to college? I cannot take this. So, yes, when I saw Gia, I just be like, oh my god, look at Gia. So, yes, Drea, I did cry. Okay, whatever. Real Housewives of Orange County, whatever is premiering July 9th, and Real House My's Ultimate Girls Trip is premiering August 9th. So we got a lineup, we got a lineup for the summer. So I'll be watching that for the summer.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, and I will be tuning in with you, and we will be reviewing and giving you guys our honest opinion like we do every week. Okay. Well, Andrica, it was always great catching up with you. I can't wait for us to get into it next week. So make sure y'all go on the pod, like, share, send it to a friend, and let us know what you think on Instagram at roll the receipts. Andrica, I'll see you next time. Bye, everybody.

SPEAKER_02

She said, what? Wait, what now? He went where? Uh-uh, no. Hold on, rewind that. She did what now? I want all the tea. Piping hot. Oh, now that's shady. Clock it. Roll the receipts. Roll the receipts with Andrica and Sherwin. Pull it up. Drop the proof. Run it back. Roll it.
